Developed by a team of certified instructors, the TreadMoves treadmill
video and audio series is designed to keep you entertained and motivated
while your entire body gets a workout. Traditionally, treadmills exercise
only your lower body. Now, you can work all of your muscle groups, which
will improve your muscle tone and burn more fat than regular treadmill
workouts.
The secret to getting results from your exercise regimen is NOT what
type of exercise you do or how much willpower you have
because
ultimately, if you don't enjoy it, you'll stop exercising and forfeit
all the benefits. The secret to getting results is consistency - you'll
stick with what you enjoy!
TreadMoves meets the needs of ALL exercisers by demonstrating three
levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced. By altering your treadmill speed
and incline, you can control the intensity of your workout while performing
the same moves as the instructors!
Aerobic Cardio Blast and Extreme Moves involve moves that require coordination.
In fact, several workouts will be necessary in order for you to master all the moves.
We intentionally designed it this way to prevent you from getting bored with the workouts.
Conversely, Total Body Sports Conditioning and Training for Speed have no aerobic moves or
combinations - they consist of strictly walking, jogging, running, hill climbing, and/or sprinting
(and in Total Body Sports Conditioning, resistance training).
